If you purchase a course and have attempted fewer than 3 quizzes, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact refunds@theexamportal.com with your payment ID (Razorpay transaction ID).
If a technical error (server downtime, quiz not loading, payment failure but amount deducted) prevents access, we will either fix it immediately or issue a full refund. Please report within 48 hours.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation.
You can cancel future notifications anytime, but course purchases are final (subject to refund policy). To delete your account, email support.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We cooperate with Razorpay to investigate fraud.
