Welcome to The Exam Portal (accessible via website and Android app). By accessing or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
To access full features, you must register with valid details. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. The Exam Portal is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We do not store your card or UPI details. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to quizzes and content for the duration purchased (usually 12 months). Prices are non-negotiable and may change for future users.
Purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license to view and attempt quizzes. You may not share, redistribute, or sell any content. Violation may result in termination without refund.
You agree not to use automated scripts, tamper with rankings, or attempt to bypass payment. Malpractice leads to immediate ban. We reserve the right to remove abusive accounts.
All questions, solutions, and interface are owned by The Exam Portal. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
We may suspend access for violations. You may request account deletion via email.
While we strive for accuracy, exam patterns may change. We are not responsible for government exam updates. Content is for practice purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Patna courts.
